Safeguarding

If you have information about a safeguarding situation where a child or adult is in immediate danger or requires immediate medical attention call the emergency services on 999. Do not delay.

Finding support

Church should be a safe place for children and vulnerable people of any age.  Here at St Andrew's we regularly revisit our safeguarding policy to keep it fresh in our minds and present in our thinking.

If you have any concerns there are people you can talk to.  They'll be able to listen; advise and help you to take appropriate action.

  • Jane Scott is our Parish Safeguarding Coordinator, if you have any concerns you can contact her on 07872008493

  • Revd Andi Thomas  is also available to talk about safeguarding concerns, contact him on 07967812943.

  • If you prefer to talk to someone who doesn't wear their collar the wrong way round you can speak to Francis by leaving a message at the church office 0121 770 1511

  • If none of the above are around you can speak to the Bishop's Safeguarding Adviser on 07342 993 844 or you can email her at: StephH@cofebirmingham.com
